Terms & Conditions – Prize Draw "Gewinn a Wiesn" 2026

1. Organiser

The prize draw is organised by Henco2 GmbH, trading as RAZELET, Badweg 1, 83126 Flintsbach a. Inn, Germany, e-mail: info@razelet.com ("RAZELET").

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, the City of Munich, the Oktoberfest organisers or the artists mentioned. Partners who provide prizes ("prize sponsors") are not organisers of the promotion.

2. Entry period

Entries are accepted until Sunday, 4 October 2026, 8:00 pm (CEST). All winners will be drawn on 4 October 2026 from 9:00 pm.

3. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18 or over, regardless of country of residence; shipping restrictions for physical prizes apply (section 7). Employees of RAZELET / Henco2 GmbH and their relatives are excluded.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. A purchase does not increase the chance of winning.

4. How to enter

  1. Register with name, e-mail and optionally mobile number – in the web app app.razelet.com or via a sign-up form in a RAZELET Facebook or Instagram ad. Each registration receives 1 base ticket.
  2. Play: each completed round of "WiesnCheck" or the "WiesnHit Quiz" in the app earns 1 additional ticket – max. 1 ticket per person per calendar day.
  3. Bonus question: answering the bonus question "What is Rosi's number?" correctly in the app earns 1 extra ticket (once).

Multiple registrations by the same person will be merged. Manipulation (e.g. fake accounts, automated entries) leads to disqualification.

5. Prizes

  1. Lake Garda trip with Zucchero concert: 2 nights for 2 people in a double room incl. breakfast at a lakeside hotel in Bardolino (Italy) plus 2 tickets for a Zucchero concert at the Arena di Verona. Travel period September/October 2027, subject to official concert dates. Travel to and from the destination is not included.
  2. 2 tickets for the Spider Murphy Gang anniversary concert on 30 October 2027, Olympiahalle Munich, provided by Hello Concerts GmbH.
  3. VIP table for 10 people in an Oktoberfest tent at Oktoberfest 2027, including the food and drink vouchers required by the tent for the reservation. Tent and date will be agreed with the winner, subject to availability.
  4. Traditional outfit (Tracht) for her and him (dirndl / lederhosen). Sizes will be requested after notification.
  5. Bavarian Oktoberfest gift hamper.
  6. Further prizes: at least 4 × one RAZELET Wiesn Edition bracelet.

Additional prizes from partners (e.g. shopping vouchers) may be added during the entry period. They will be published with the respective prize sponsor at razelet.com/de/wiesn26 and form part of these terms.

No cash alternative; prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. If concert or event dates change for reasons beyond RAZELET's control, an equivalent alternative date or prize will be offered.

6. Draw and notification

Winners are drawn at random from all valid tickets; each ticket has an equal chance. Max. one prize per person. Prizes are awarded in the order drawn (first winner drawn receives prize 1, etc.).

Winners will be notified by 10 October 2026 at the latest by e-mail or phone. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize is forfeited and a new winner is drawn.

7. Shipping and redemption

Physical prizes (Tracht, hamper, bracelet) are shipped free of charge within the EU, Switzerland and the UK. Food items are shipped within the EU only; outside the EU an equivalent non-food prize will be offered. Partner vouchers are redeemed according to the partner's conditions.

Travel, concert and table prizes must be redeemed in person. Travel and other costs are borne by the winner unless stated otherwise.

8. Publication of winners

With the winner's express consent, first name, place of residence and a photo of the prize handover may be published on the channels of RAZELET and the prize sponsors. Without consent, nothing will be published.

9. Data protection

Personal data is processed solely to run the prize draw and notify winners and is deleted afterwards unless separate consent to marketing (e-mail/SMS) was given. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time (info@razelet.com). Data is not passed on to prize sponsors except where necessary to hand over a prize and with the winner's consent. 10. Miscellaneous

RAZELET may modify or end the promotion for good cause (e.g. technical issues, fraud, legal reasons). German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of the entrant's country of residence. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
